Description: | American Technical Associates, Inc. (ATA) a Knoxville, TN based Technical staffing/search firm, is recruiting the following long-term temp, possibly temp-to-perm positions for Knoxville area manufacturer;
Production Maintenance Technicians
Possible Temp-to-Perm
2nd and 3rd shifts
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Troubleshoots machine breakdowns for root causes and makes repairs.
Performs PM and PDM on equipment.
Completes all assigned work orders.
Robotics – Fanuc, Motoman, Panasonic
PLC – Allen Bradley
Lincoln/Miller Power Supply
Weld Controls – WTC, Bosch
Device Net
Resistance Weld
MIG Weld
Drawn Arc Welding
Pneumatics
Hydraulics
Power – 480VAC, 120VAC, 24VAC, 24VDC
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years maintenance experience in a high speed transfer production line environment preferred.
Possess electrical, and/or mechanical skills w/experience in hydraulics/pneumatics, machine repair and new machine installation.
Program PLC and read electrical and mechanical drawings.
Good written and verbal skills.
Be able to share lift at least 70lbs.
