Description:

Several full-time and temporary positions available with local law firms located in Blount, Knox and Sevier Counties .

Legal Secretary: Qualified candidates must have at least one-year law office experience. Candidates must also have experience in some of the following areas of law: personal injury, family, civil litigation, corporate, contracts, criminal, real estate and hospital & health. Must be an organized individual with excellent typing and computer skills (MS Word, WordPerfect and Excel). Excellent written and oral communication skills required.

Receptionist: Must be an organized individual with outstanding communication and computer skills. Some law office experience preferred, but not required. Qualified candidates must have some experience working with multi-phone line systems.

Paralegal: Candidates must have some experience in civil litigation, real estate, corporate, contracts and business law. Qualified candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills, while also having at least one-year law office experience. A strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs is also required.

Temporary: Qualified candidates must have general office experience. Some law office experience preferred, but not required. Must be an organized individual with outstanding communication and computer skills. Must have a flexible schedule. Temporary assignments will vary in length.
