ServiceMASTER, the nation’s leader in the disaster restoration services is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Representative for the Southeast region ranging from Valdosta to Tallahassee.

We minimize business interruptions by quickly analyzing the problem, providing a professional assessment of the damage, determine the services needed for complete restoration, reviewing scope of services with the adjuster, finishing the job on time, and following up to ensure total satisfaction.

Duties:

• Sells and markets the ServiceMaster Clean QRV Program on a regional basis to both personal and commercial line insurance carriers and other potential prospects as directed
• Works in conjunction with home office staff in support of the franchises to drive regional programs
• Actively involved in and manages/facilitates dispute resolution process to conclusion
• Listens to the customer voice and creatively develops strategies to sustain and grow regional accounts
• Assists in developing marketing strategy for potential new accounts
• Leads in the implementation of new programs and accounts
• Accountable for meeting and/or exceeding established revenue goals
• Ability to interpret management data
• Capable of managing within budgetary guidelines
• Ensures tracking of sales results on a consistent basis in relation to established goals
• Consistently working to develop new relationships in the insurance industry
• Hosting outings for current customers

Qualifications:

• Property insurance background preferred
• Proven track record of outside sales
• Experienced adjuster a plus
• Self motivated
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Must be familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office software.
• Prior insurance restoration marketing a plus
• Some travel required
• Ability to work independently, with limited supervision
• Ability to work within team environment
• Must obtain a sense of urgency, identify challenges and develop solutions
• Must have ability to manage and coordinate several projects concurrently
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret professional periodicals and documents
• Ability to develop written correspondence and also make oral presentations
• Must possess excellent written and verbal skills
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and have a clean background and driving record
